JUNE 15, 2000 saw the merging of the two oldest and largest real
estate firms in Modoc County: Dean Neer Realty and
Modoc Realty. Each real estate company was established
over 25 years
ago, but both have a much longer history. The present combined
firms have a staff of ten licensed real estate sales agents, two brokers,
and one really great secretary. They handle approximately 50
percent of Modoc County's real estate transactions. Most of the
agents are natives of Modoc County or long time residents.
All are dedicated to providing straightforward, capable, and
helpful service to both customers and clients.
You might visit the real estate office when one or more of the dogs--Cruiser,
Lizzie, Dexter, or Ramsey--may be spending the day.
